Cancellation Policy

  • Admission & Registration / Orders: Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is submitted immediately after initiating the payment or registration. However, requests may not be entertained if course access, admission processing, student material dispatch, or fulfillment has already been initiated.

  • Services & Materials: Cancellations are not accepted for processed digital downloads, immediate access learning portals, or consumable items once delivered, unless a genuine defect or discrepancy is verified.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Discrepant Items

  • In case of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect study materials/books, please report the issue to our Support Team within 7 days of delivery.

  • If you find that the received material/service differs substantially from what was presented on our website ([https://diahyderabad.com/](https://diahyderabad.com/)), notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • The Academy administration will review the matter and take appropriate action (replacement or resolution).

Refund Process & Timelines

  • In cases where a refund or cancellation is approved by DAWAH ISLAMIC ACADEMY, the refund amount will be credited back to the original source payment method.

  • Approved refunds will take 6–8 working days to reflect in the recipient’s bank account or payment card.
